- The last day to vote in the 2021 CA Recall is September 14th
- The ballot will ask: Shall Gavin Newsom be recalled (removed) from the office of the Governor
- NO: means you want Governor Newsom to remain in office
- YES: means you want Governor Newsom to be removed from office
Employees are eligible for paid time off to vote if they do not have sufficient time outside of working hours to vote. Need to request time off to vote in the 2021 CA Recall? Contact your employer today. You are eligible for up to 2 hours of paid time off.
