The Home Enhancement Loan Program (HELP) provides loans up $100,000 to low-income single-family owner-occupied households for necessary repairs and rehabilitation to bring their house up to code, eliminate critical health and safety concerns, replace systems that are at the end of its useful life, increase efficiency and accessibility thereby enhancing livability and preservation of the home. The 20-year loans are 0% interest with deferred payments during the term.
